We dispatch all online orders from Australia.
All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post.
All International shipment orders are shipped with DHL, using a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. Please email info@the28throse.com if you have any further questions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment's tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.
